Best part about the property was the swimming pool and location. The restaurant was also very good with a good variety and selection. Staff were very attentive and very polite and welcoming. Keep up the good standards with your service.

the hotel was great , the staff were amazing always ready to help , the rooms were great , the hot showers were wonderful and took the body aches away, amazing comfy beds . clean and spaces hotel , food in the restaurants approved by picky eaters. enjoyed the stay defo stay there again .

It was very clean and tidy, didn’t find any mosquitoes or any other bugs, the bed was comfy but would have preferred hard pillow.

Lovely service. Lots of spa sessions available. Has a few shops. Staff are very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. They have sauna that is paid for and free gym. You can go as day guest. Buffet only on Friday and Saturday and only when they have enough guests, otherwise you just order from menu. Great place to stop off when coming into Sylhet or leaving from airport.

We loved the interior of the room. Bed was comfy. Lots of amenities. Excellent location. Very friendly staff (always smiling). Food was alright, no complaints. Thank you for providing free shuttle service to the airport.

Location was brilliant, 2mins from Sylhet airport and 10-15mins to the city. Hotel was very clean, staff really friendly and welcoming.

Everything. The decor was tastefully done. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed linen was sparking white. The outdoor pool was just perfect. The pool water was cleanest I have seen so far in all my other holidays.
