This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 300 for One Bedroom Apartments;
- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments;
- Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 500 for Three Bedroom/Penthouse Apartments.Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit cardPlease note that apartments are serviced every week for stays of 7 nights or more.

Walking distance to Central Station and the light rail. We also walked to Paddys Markets and the dining area of Surrey Hills. The unit had everything you needed. Next door there is a building going up. The noise didn't annoy us as we were out all day. The staff were the friendliest I've come across. Nothing was any trouble and it's always lovely getting a greeting and smile as you leave.

Perfect location! The apartment is exquisitely designed—both breathtaking and highly functional. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, with perfectly soft pillows that made for a heavenly night’s sleep. The staff? Absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, always ready to help, and radiating kindness. Truly wonderful people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! If we ever return to Sydney, there’s no doubt—we’ll be staying here again!
