There are a lot of stairs to accommodation I am older and had heavy luggage . It is a pub below Open til. 2 am. I never had any noise issues . The location is so good . All facilities to cook wash clothes everything you need . The bathroom s and showers were always clean . The carpets are very worn but the affordability has to over ride this . The staff were lovely had a great stay.

The Hotel was great value for money for the price. Hotel is in a handy location, just a short walk from wynyard Station and a convenience store across the road. Bed was comfortable and room was secure. Bathrooms were clean. I got up early and didn't have to wait. Rooms had WiFi and TV. Did not notice noise from bar in room. Appreciated fan in room and tea/coffee in kitchen. There is some traffic noise but this was managed by earplugs. Check in was easy. Staff even carried my suitcase up the steps. Great location to walk to various tourist spots.

Close to Wynyard station and lots of shops, cafes, bars etc. No noise from bar downstairs. Walking g distance to several city attractions.

Clean and surprisingly quiet. Communal bathroom was clean, free tea/coffee was supplied, comfortable bed and good price for the location. Basic accommodation but central location and affordable if just after somewhere to crash for the night. Only drawback is check in time is later than other places.
