Amazing view of the harbour and our koala we had food at breakfast was super yummy early morning tour and night tour was amazing staff were super lovely and helpful and kind room was clean and comfy

From the moment we were greeted as we attired, to the moment we left, this is by far a stay and experience my kids and I will remember forever fondly. So much work has gone into this and it was truly appreciated. Highly recommend for everyone to experience this.

Baxter the koala! Absolutely did not mind being woken up in the middle of the night by him moving about right outside our room. And seeing him only a few metres away from us in the morning was amazing. The sanctuary tour was very good as was the evening tour that we booked on arrival. Dinner at Me-Gal was nice but had we checked the menu beforehand might have booked somewhere less 'posh'

The private tours and buffet breakfast included with our stay were fantastic. We stayed in 334 and had a koala sitting about 2m away in a tree the whole time! Very special. Dinner at Me-Gal and the paid night tour were also great. There was so much packed into our one night stay we felt like we’d lived a whole other life during that time lol

Amazing hotel and right in the zoo. Very nice and comfortable room, the only missing part - there was no locks on bathroom and toilet door, with little children it’s handy to be able to lock the door

Everything from facilities , view , entertainment - zoo pass comes with it , private sanctuary tour upclose with Aussie animal (accessed only by people who stayed at Wildlife retreat ) this also included with my booking. We booked an extra activity which is a night walk a much upclose animals when zoo closed to the public. Another thing we enjoyed our room is on the 2nd floor we have a view of kangaroo & joey during our stay
