Location and views are outstanding! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Proximity to train station meant public transport into the city was easy.

The view from our room was superb! Exactly what was advertised. The location was extremely easy to get to. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay - it far exceded my expectations. The variety and choice of food options was amazing.

Great hotel, the following are worth mentioning: 1. Great view from the room. 2. Very polite & attentive staff 3. Great room service 4. View from restaurant is also breathtaking 5. Great breakfast spread 6. 1 min walking distance from North Sydney train station 7. Next to a convenience store 8. Harbour bridge is walking distance

Great views. Amazing good quality breakfast. The train runs very close to hotel and can be disturbing when dealing with jet lag. Stops about 11pm.

One particular blonde receptionist needs to work on her customer service as she didn’t crack a smile once Also asked room reception if they could bring up plate knife , bowl spoon and I was told that it would cost me $4.25 but if I came down it was free then asked for extra in the evening and was brought up straight away The views are breathtaking tho Furniture out dated and scuffed Overall, I enjoyed my stay just wasn’t always felt welcome
