Location was very convenient and the room was accurate to most of the pictures. The staff was also quickly able to provide an alternative room when the beds were not in the configuration requested.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool. Area is small but still nice to have. The rooms were quiet. Coffee available downstairs at the cafe inside the hotel. I disliked that anytime you ask for early or late check in/out in advance they want to immediately want to charge you extra money. However if you turn up early and your room is ready they will check you straight in without charging.

The cafe below was great. Avery reasonably priced good quality breakfast. The coffee was good as was the lovely omelette which we ordered daily. Food always came very quickly. Staff were nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

It was a very busy weekend (Mardi Gras) & even though I had booked 7 months in advance I was given the disabled room…..which was not great. Similarly they were offline & had a key problem which lasted the entire time I was there - more than 72 hours - which meant I had no key card (no one did) & we had be taken up to our rooms every time for the duration of the stay. I could not get a receipt, a friend had people come into her room with a master key at midnight as they thought it was empty (she had checked in before they went offline) She really had to complain, no one did anything to reassure her it wouldn’t happen again. It was a disaster. Made the whole experience pretty grim. I know it was beyond their control but they could have communicated better, been way more proactive.

Everything! Staff were great, lobby cafe was so nice, as was the roof top bar. Room was excellent too, all the inclusions and equipment were useful and worked well, location so convenient! We will definitely stay again next time.

Hotel stay was great, cafe on the lower floor was good but I found the bar area was abit unpleasant, wasn’t told I had to book a table when I was staying in the hotel besides that had a good night

Breakfast and Facilities Great. Staff are very helpful and were able to change our queen bed into 2 singles without a problem
