Everything. Close to metro station, very clean, friendly staff making our stay enjoyable and comfortable, food court downstairs and Woolworth mini mart for basic essentials. Thank you for your welcoming hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool wasn't heated but that was ok as very hot and they let us use facilities after check out. Clean and quiet.

Very modern and clean room. Could be a bit brighter, more light in the room and bathroom. Great bed, big TV, coffee machine in the room.

Check-in time was 3:00 pm and we arrived in Sydney 6 o’clock in the morning. Went straight to the hotel from the airport just to put our bags in the reception area the lady at reception could see how exhausted we were, told us she has a room ready for us even though it’s not check in time. That was care factor and exceptional service we thank you so much.
