Amazing helpful staff, above and beyond! Clean apartment, very quiet place, felt safe, absolutely beautiful inner yard, and a nice own balcony with a wooden floor. Got a free upgrade from one bedroom to two bedrooms as a bonus! The apartment was huge and stylish! Enjoyed having such a big space all for myself. Loved staying there and planning to come back next time when I’ll be travelling to Sydney in June.

Great location, walking distance to both Glebe and Newtown. 2 bathrooms and a large living space gave us space and comfort. Beds and lounges were comfortable.

Plenty of room for the family, was upgraded to the 4 bedroom apartment which meant that my children didn’t have to share which they both appreciated. Although it was only an overnight trip it would be the perfect option for a longer stay.

The options of having different spaces available within the apartment for each member of the family to hang out to feel comfortable. I.e. dining area, sofa area, semi-balcony area. The concierges were always responsive to concerns/requests within the day.

Very friendly service. Amenities like washing up liquid or washing powder were replaced every two days, bins were also emptied regularly. The sheets and towels were renewed once a week.The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The apartment is well designed and very big.

Excellent room size - larger and more homely than expected. Really helpful and friendly staff (all of them). Quieter than expected. Felt safe. Next to fast public transport. Close to the city, Broadway and university campuses, and Newtown and surrounds by bus. Good coffee and food options locally - 5 minutes walk- also good options from Broadway to the city, and toward Newtown (recommend the Harris Farm Newtown supermarket for longer stays/options for your fridge). A short walk to local, non-touristy (local vibe) shops.
