The room was clean, there was aircon which was important as it was a hot day and night. Check in was easy. Location was perfect, so close to darling harbour and secure overnight parking. Though on a little corner of a dodgy street so wouldn’t want to walk and access the hotel alone at night.

Great location, however very small rooms. A/C was not working well due to the humidity, was hard to sleep at night due to how hot and stuffy it was, especially being on the 4the floor. No small ledge to hold shampoo or soap in the shower. Water pressure in shower was not the best. The toilet paper is located directly behind the toilet seat. So if you're seated on the toilet, you have to rotate your body around everytime you need TP. So quite a few small things that could be easily fixed with some thought 🙂.

Great location. Beds were clean and there was a fridge in the room. There were security cameras and it felt safe.

Check in was via email with a code to access the room, very easy. Large room, comfortable beds, and clean. Great location, easy walk to Darling Harbour and Barangeroo. Good kitchen facilities onsite, although I didn't know about them till we were leaving :)

There was a fridge in my room, a fully stocked kitchen, and an aircon in the room, which was easy to use and control. Was also glad I had quite a bit of space and places to put things. It also had a great location for attractions and restaurants nearby.

Great location right by Darling Harbour and near by a grocery store. Very comfortable bed and had a private shower/bath.
