Upon check-out, any outstanding balance owed will be confirmed and debited to the card provided. If the balance is zero the full amount will release back to your account within the next 5–7 working days from your financial institution.Please note that pets can only be accommodated in the Ultimo Courtyard Rooms.Covid-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 years and older. No entry to the hotel unless you can provide proof of full vaccination or a medical exemptionPlease note that renovation and maintenance work of the lifts will be carried out from January 14th, 2025 until further notice. Location was very central. Bed was comfortable and room was well designed and clean. Car park was nearby and cost AUD38 a day.

Great location for Darling Harbour and China Town. Our room was quirky. Very little natural light so not a pleasant place to spend time during the day. Our room had multiple trip hazards. We had to leave a light on overnight so that we didn't break a leg getting up for the loo. The staff were great, tho'. And nice toiletries.

We were in a situation of trying to find accommodation during a very busy week in Sydney and this hotel was the only one I could find with availability for our dates. They are undertaking renovations and their lift was out of order. Whilst not ideal the staff carried our luggage to our room and then brought them back down.

Nice central location close to train station and short walk into Darling Habour. Staff was very helpful. The room we were first given had an awful damp smell. The staff were lovely and it was no issue to get another room. Have already booked another night accommodation.
