First time experience this, the housekeeper yelled very loudly in the early morning outside the room “ housekeeping housekeeping….” Till you woke up and give them answers “ no need “ . And they kept yelling next door next to your room . Until everyone woke up . And there’s no chair in the room. And you can’t find anyone when you’re in need. That’s my experience good luck

The room is very small but that’s communicated when booking. Great layout with modern bathroom and lovely chic decor. Comfortable bed. Close to the museum and park - not too far to Oxford road. Breakfast room is lovely and continental breakfast was very good
