Shared facilities could do with some improvements eg provisions for more bins, a working hand dryer or provisions of paper towels, but apart from that all was ok !

It is a very quiet place and I slept well. After a good sleep I realised how I often don't sleep that well when I stay overnight in Sydney near Central Station or Town Hall, with constant noise from the streets. The bed was really comfortable for sleeping.

As far as capsule hotels go, I would consider this as excellent - affordable and conveniently located in downtown Sydney close to transportation, food places, shopping, city sights. If you're after really comfy digs this is not it. But if you're on a short stay, and planning to stay outside most of the day and only come back here to rest right after, this is one of the best options without breaking bank.

I was not in a capsule bed because of a renovation they had at that time, but to be honest the bed/capsule which I was was superb, had more privacy and the bed was really comfy. (Images attached in my review)

Feedback: 1 reception desk is very friendly :) 2 lockers need to be purchased in supermarket? this is not written/informed and it is complicate and waste of precious travel time :( 3 No response on my chats and questions here in the official chat-communication :( 4 description not uptodate: touchscreen etc, no panels and options in my capsule... :( 5 good location in the centre of down-town :) 6 no picture from the entrance for easy find, so I ran around with heavy luggage till I discovered the entrance :( 7 lockers are under the bed and are small/flat, so no flight case will fit in :( 8 would be helpful to know that train-station townhall is in easy walking distance 😊 your quote: [link removed] capsule lights control panel is touchscreen please press blue light after you insert the room key.... [link removed] capsule comes with its own locker to store luggage and belonging which is the same number as your capsule...

I'm not a resident of Sydney. This is my second stay at The Capsule Hotel. It's affordable and convenient, being close to Central Station since I travel by train. Light rail network is also convenient for travelling to Circular Quay, Moore Park, and Pyrmont where I go for entertainment

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The room, kitchen and bathrooms were always spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s an ideal place for anyone seeking privacy and peace, as it was quiet and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Jenny, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend! :)

Rooms are spacious and comfortable one of the best sleeps I’ve had in shared accommodation. Staff helpful aswell. Lockers big.

good location , shopping and food and transport within metres of entrance , close to chinatown markets and train station , room exactly as pictured , outside was very busy inside nice and cool no noise , bloody marvellous
