The staff was extremely friendly and was always nice to talk to. Sam was fantastic, he provided us with all the instructions we needed to check in outside reception working hours. Location was perfect for the purpose of my trip.

The hotel was in a great location, only a short walk to the CBD and opera house. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room immaculate with all the necessary amenities. Overall this hotel was great value for money and would 100% stay again when in the Sydney area.
