Comfortable bed and room, well equipped with fridge, kettle, aircon, etc. I stayed in one of the "superior" rooms at the back of the hotel away from the car park and bar - it was quiet with no noticeable noise from the bar (other rooms at the front of the hotel may be noisier). Nice balcony looking over a roof towards Maroubra. Friendly, lively bar with good food. Shops, eateries, chemist and restaurant next door.

This is my 4th stay and it’s so convenient when visiting my family who live nearby. Comfy, lovely, new updated rooms and a very tasty dinner downstairs in the great Irish pub - a winner!!
