The building was clean and secure. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. It is very much a converted-from-offices building, with odd little nooks to avoid walls intersecting windows and a column in my room. I could touch the ceiling in the lift. The showers were functional.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Convenient to rail, light rail, and bus. Short distance to CBD and major shops. Close to bay, ferries, opera hose. maritime museum.

My 43 rd stay at this hotel over a 24 year period.. This recent visit March 2025 . The 2 staff members i spoke with whilst there Alexander & Vanessa were excellent, just the help they provided is a good reason why I definitely will return again to this hotel.. The other big thing about this place they provided free cereals, toast , tea & coffee aswell as fresh fruit.. really gives an extra touch n gives u a good kick start morning Definitely will return here again in 2026 Location- 10 mins walk to opera house, few minutes to Wynard station excellent value n service

This is my 40th time i have stayed at this hotel.. From year 2000 -2019 i have becoming to this hotel. Have retuned back 5 years later March 2025 stayed here on 3 occasions whilst travel Australia. great staff the 2 staff i mainly spoke to were Alexander & Vanessa .. went above and beyond.. always smiling n helpful, great service. Location is excellent

Over 40 times i have stayed at this hotel between 2000-2019 my latest return March 2025 stayed on 3 occasions whilst travelling around Australia. Great location! 2 staff members I spoke with on all occasions was Alexander & Vanessa .. great staff went above and beyond… always helpful.. definitely return here again in 2026 Free breakfast n fruit is a great bonus

Location is 10/10, right beside CBD and about 15 min walk to Circular Quay. Staff very nice and the added bonus of shared food in kitchen like bread, milk, sugar etc
