The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.We require a credit card pre-authorisation or a prepayment of the full accommodation amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.Please note over New Years a non-refundable, non-transferable pre-payment is required.
