Great location and easy to access from the airport with the train. Bathroom was a bit old and tired. Air condition didn't feel like it had been serviced recently. Room was located above the air conditioning and kitchen exhausts which were extremely loud, could even hear it with the windows closed. Bed was comfy. Was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

Great variety for breakfast. Good coffee. The concierge was very helpful. He got a taxi for me that charged me a reasonable price. Definitely I will stay in this hotel again.

Central location, was close to the train and light rail. Also next to World Square so there was plenty of food options around.

Location was fantastic, very close to some great restaurants and other spots to visit. Room was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient. Staff at the counter were very friendly and informative.

Excellent position for train light rail buses and shops. Walking distance to shops Capital theatre. In house bistro/bar and restaurant. Access from bistro to world square. Clean premises and pleasant staff

Great location, as walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Train station close if needed & Coles a 2 minute walk. Staff super helpful. Room was a great size & comfy bed.
