The room and available options for dining etc were great though I had taken my own snacks and didn’t take advantage of them. The car park though was a nightmare - trying to pay meant multiple trips back to reception who eventually let me pay at the checkout desk, yet I got a late night call at home about not paying for parking! I had to email a screenshot of my banking app statement to prove I had because it was still pending. Not sure how they thought I escaped the boom gate and car park exit roller door without someone opening them for me!

Arrived on an early flight and my room was available immediately for check in. Also allowed extended late check until 12pm and access to their guest lounge to work from until my flight out.

The hotel is well located, just a short walk to Central train station and a bit further to China Town, restaurants, theatres and bars.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good value and comfortable. We had breakfast included, which was excellent.
