The rooms are in need of redecorating. Carpets were not very clean, dirty balcony and didn't use it. Rooms could be painted and refurnished. I stayed there years ago and the room hasn't changed. For what they charged, I expected better and won't stay there again.

Staff lovely and location is great but for the price needs updating. Stains on couch and blanket on one bed had so many yellow stains I took it off and slept with sheet so lucky it was warm weather. Room kept getting mosquitoes im guessing as the sliding door doesn't meet at the top they getting in. Shower very hard to regulate either really hot then goes cold, and the lighting is so dark at night needed all 4 lights on as well as lamp. Was disappointed as have stayed before in different room and it was fine so I wouldn't pick studio room again.

There were workman out our windows banging early in the morning. We had no sleep day before and didn’t get a sleep in. Back door at walkway and scaffol workers so couldn’t open the blinds.

Location was excellent and our room had a good view of the opera house. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic location right across from the overseas passenger terminal, perfect for our cruise the next morning. Was also given a bottle of bubbly for my 50th birthday.

We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel but it was conveniently located to where we had booked for breakfast and also very convenient to the cruise wharf which was the reason for our stay staff were very helpful
