Air conditioning was really good although housekeeping were adverse to entering room if it was too cooled when they arrived. We missed out on housekeeping one day because of this.

We stayed in the property for two nights in February (2025). The property is 2 minutes walk from Victoria cross metro station, it meant we could reach the CBD within 5 minutes. The staffs were friendly and the facilities were excellent as advertised. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sydney.

Clean and spacious, comfortable bed and shower. Good location, close to Metro and train stations. Cafes and restaurants close by, a nice neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quest has everything you can need from a hotel, it’s clean, big rooms, has amazingly helpful and welcoming staff, a gym, laundry (which was a huge bonus) and it’s right next to the metro. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a problem with our booking (my mistake) and they could not have been more understanding or helpful. Great accommodation in a great location. Close to the metro line (Victoria Cross stop) - a two-minute walk and North Sydney station is a ten-minute walk. 2–3-minute walk to an IGA and woolies and a BWS. A surprisingly quiet location given that it is so close to the city. The metro Victoria Cross station is one stop from the Barangaroo stop which is super convenient. We enjoyed the meals at the Union Hotel and enjoyed a very nice Thai meal from Doodee King.
