Every thing we needed was in apartment. We did have problems with the microwave which was attended To with staff member. Still an issue so used other implements

We had a wonderful stay at Punthill Parramatta! The spacious room was impressive and provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciate the thoughtful utilities provided in the room, such as the washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, and even dishwashing liquid and sponges – it made our stay so convenient. Thank you for such a great experience!
