The room was not cleaned properly. Crumbs left on carpet and a clump of hair was also left on floor. The rest of the room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived and got a late checkout too. The breakfast was very good too.

Beautiful, clean, had all the facilities we needed. Staff were helpful. Restaurant down stairs was delicious. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff very kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and only too eager to help. Really made you feel confident on staying there. Got a free upgrade, not that I would have noticed as the room was only very slightly different from the one I booked.

The king size bed must have been bigger than a king. There was so much room. The room was well laid out with a comfy lounge in the corner. A small fridge and power points everywhere so it wasn't hard to charge anything. Shower was great with the rain water head. It was worth staying there for the breakfast. Huge range of things to eat and drink.
