The staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel. Location was great with easy access to Darling Harbour. Also well insulated from noise. Had a great meal in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast room was very well organized with great service.

Location near Darling Harbour. The concierge getting us a taxi to the airport. Getting the train wasn't as convenient and we felt we had to walk through a bit of a rough area to get there.
