Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Secure undercover parking. Clean room. Block out blinds. Reverse cycle aircon. Good size milk, tea and coffee. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body soap/wash, and body lotion. Iron and ironing board. Safe. Extra blankets. USB charging points. Plenty of Power points. Great size kitchenette.

Overall lay out of the room... the staff.. cleanliness. Housekeeping is quite good compared to many other hotels/service apartments.

Room was basic as expected was excited when told we had received an upgrade, would of been worried what we had booked, overall very noisy building, you could hear people walking around upstairs and others on the floor was very noticeable when they walked out of their rooms due to the echo. The people were not being noisy, it was purely the room.

Loved the fresh air and double glazed glass windows that could be easily shut to reduce white noise. The evening was excellent with a fly screen window that allowed us to open after business hours and natural light. Shower and facilities was excellent. Loved the internal lighting - created a sense of ambience. Breakfast was enjoyable. Rate: 9
