Room was very basic, and the building was very old bordering on disrepair in places but the location was brilliant and it was a great, cheap option in a very lively fun area of Sydney to explore. Staff were friendly and we were very grateful for the luggage storage and access to shared amenities when we arrived early. We would stay again. Also, Biscoff biscuits - what an absolute treat.

It was close to Newtown shops and CBD. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent sized and clean and tidy. I recommend.

Such amazing staff and amazing social outings with the whole group. The manager is lovely and super accomodating. Easy to stay around Newtown and be in the action.

Ideally located in Newtown, close to transports and all amenities, the beds are comfy, the staff friendly, and the kitchen well furnished. Very social vibe in the common areas.

The rooms are decent sized and clean. Plus each 6 bed room has its own bathroom. There is also a communal pool.

Very nice room with private bathroom, spacious common spaces, large kitchen, pool in the center of the building. Very friendly staff with excellent disposition. The neighborhood with a lot of life, restaurants, food from all over the world. Very good location 20 minutes by train or bus from the Opera and the ferries. I'm going back.
