Very pleasant area and quite, though close to the central places of interest like Australia Museum, Botanical garden, st Mary Cathedral etc. Easy to get to King Cross station and Central. The room was spacious and clean with all you need including shampoo and detergents. The views from our unit on 3d level were amazing, with CBD lights and even fireworks ob the harbour side. The property is a bit tiered but still value of the money.

This apartment is located at a quiet neighborhood. About 10mins walk to the nearest train station (King’s Cross) and just 3 mins walk to the bus stop (bus #311) that brings us to the CBD. Quite a number of food options along Cowper Wharf which is just 2 mins down the road. Food is really pricey though, but seems like the norm in Sydney. The supermarket is about 20mins walk away but there is a minimart at the petrol kiosk just down the road if need any snacks. Property was under some sort of upgrading. So it was quite peculiar that the door number was just a piece of paper stuck on the door. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I requested for room with washing machine but did not get to use it as there were no clothes rack or hangers. Shower water was consistently warm which was excellent for me as I’m usually the last to bathe during trips and had experienced (at other accommodation) the lack of warm water when it was my turn. Unlike hotel, the housekeeping was done only once throughout our 1-week stay. Will need to go to the reception if need additional trash bag or other items. Reception closed at 5.30pm. We had to enter the building by tapping our card. There was once when our card didn’t work, but luckily, there was another guest entering and hence we entered together. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The whole place is undergoing refurbishment and it certainly needs it. That said, our apartment had magnificent views, was extremely spacious and was excellent value for money.

Value for money is great, we have been here before and chose it for its location. Tidy and comfortable enough for what we need. Close to various transport or a walk through the gardens. Also close to some great restaurants if not wanting to go into city.

appreciated washing machine , dryer, iron, hair dryer. was able to store our bags till 5 PM the day ew were leaving on PM flight. staff could have been friendlier
