The customer service was exceptional. They gave us an early check in at no extra cost. The beds were really comfortable. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was awesome, with a great view.

Great accessibility, informative staff, incredible rooms as well as a refreshing pool. Air-conditioning was a godsend in the heat too!

NC is a comfortable apartment hotel located close to the Redfern district of Sydney. We found it well located for public transport, and with several great cafes nearby - and the Spice Alley is a must! The apartment had everything we needed, and a minor technical issue with the sofa bed was rectified by the hotel very quickly. The rooms are secure and the hotel staff are helpful. Several small supermarkets are a short walk away, although these can be rather pricey.

Perfect location for where we needed to go in a quiet inner city suburb with trees and plants and quieter than expected considering near a main road The staff were all very helpful and helped us stay an extra night.

Good location, walking distance to Redfern train station. Cute & cosy. Loved that it had a washing machine/dryer & cooking facilities. Nice to sit on balcony, even in the rain. Staff were so lovely.
