The fine print
If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Location was great. Close to train station, restaurants and supermarket. Room was great. Very comfortable and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the pool after the hot days. Loved rooftop garden and observation deck.

The Meriton was close to dining options, fast food, cafes, grocery store,nail/hair salons and a pharmacy. The train line which connects you to the airport and the city (around 10mins to Central) It was easy access and a great area for solo travellers and families. If you are an international traveller you can use a credit card to tap on and off at the boom gates or buy an opal card and load money onto it. I never waited long for the elevators at the Meriton. It was a quiet and very clean hotel. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Perfect for a staycation, anniversary, or a nice gift to yourself. They have a pool, sauna, and spa which is 24/7. The gym space was small but had the basics. There is an anytime fitness located on Coward street you might be able to get a day pass, however I did not try this.

Location and surrounding facilities were very well thought out. We didn't feel the need to travel back into the centre to eat. The room was nice for the most part, just a few things inside the room that need attending to.

It is our go to accommodation in Sydney. Easy access to both international and domestic airports and 5mins from the 15 min train service to circular quay and central city. (When they are not disrupted as we experienced this visit) Apartments clean and well appointed. Friendly staff, excellent service and helpful. Close proximity to numerous eating establishments and a well appointed supermarket. Excellent shuttle service from apartments to airports available cheaper than a train ticket.

Location was great for my needs - close to both Airport and Trains, with Supermarket only metres from the property. balcony, with access so I could sit out and not be closed in the room only. Pillows very comfortable, bed however for me was too firm.
