The fine print
If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.
Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card.All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.
A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required.You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. The suite we stayed in was lovely. The bathrooms were nice and the master bedroom was very spacious. It was very clean and fresh looking.

it was nice big room good view easy to move around motel bed was good stay gave us extra towels when we requested them no problem amenities were good tv was a bit slow to start up and had to navigate to find normal tv channels but all good in the end.

Bed was super comfortable and even though it was described as a double, it was in fact a King bed. Everything was brand new and the amazing views were awesome!

The room was excellent, only thing I could say was only 1 towel each and room was not serviced for 3 days . I rang reception and they bought us new ones . The beds were comfortable, the view was spectacular. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed 3 nights ,room was offered housekeeping and nothing was done . When I first got my room ac wasn’t working took like 4 hours to get it sorted out then got another appointment

we loved everything there is to love we won't stay anywhere else but the meriton simply for the fact that each and everytime has been excellent across multiple locations instead of booking a hotel where you're confined to a bedroom and a bathroom you get a apartment and not just any apartment luxury at its finest!!!

The location is very central. 3 mins to Rosehill Racecourse and 13 mins to Accor Stadium & Olympic Park. There are plenty of food venues near by as well.
