If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Staff were lovely and helpful! I was traveling alone with my baby and a lot of stuff. They helped me order a taxi to airport and bring all our things from reception to taxi. Awesome location and accommodation

Great location and very comfortable.. disappointed that they only service the room once every 6 days!!! Didn’t affect us but we will not book this for longer trips!

Charm was amazing , room ready early as requested as we had a 90 year old with us and we got there at 9 AM. Plus lent us a wheelchair 🙏🏽

The location was superb close to transport shops and facilities were great small gym and pool. The room was excellent had laundry facilities too. Highly recommend I will stay again for sure!
