Friendly staff who will happily store luggage. Very clean. Smallish room. Tiny single bed. A/C only average. Shower poor (very hard to adjust temperature). Good lighting and power points. Excellent location.

Excellent location. It is very easy to go to all the attractions in and nearby Sydney. A supermarket and pharmacy are just across the road. Staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived in the morning. My orginal plan was to leave my luggage there first and check-in in the afternoon. But the staff kindly allowed me to check-in in the morning which is very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I booked 4 nights there and was very happy. So I cancelled my booking in the other hotel and stayed extra a night in this hotel.

Perfect location, close to all landmarks: the Rock, the harbour, the Opera, etc. The staff was very helpful.

Location is great and staff were friendly, having a small fridge was also very helpful, especially with a supermarket across the road.

Great location, value for money, my room was quiet, good shower. Nothing fancy but that was expected at this price. Booked a single and got upgraded to a double. Good for a night when you just need somewhere to crash.

Rooms are small and a struggle to move around bed and luggage but the location is great. Close to trains and light railway, quiet road at night but close to shops and restaurants in the daytime. Staff friendly and helpful, lift always quick, shower was great and Wi-Fi very strong.
