The free dinners are super convenient and it is more sociable to eat all together. Additionally was impressed with the quality and variety of vegetarian options avaliable. Special thanks to Philan who helped show me around for events and other mad monkey hostels. It was such a relief to have relatable staff that make you feel at home even when you are on the other side of the planet.

The hostel is very well located, with activities every evening and parties between MAD Monkeys hostels throughout the week. The staff is welcoming and available until late at night. Special mention to Phelan and Jake, who put a lot of heart into their work at the hostel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mad Monkey Potts Point during my trip to Sydney, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hostel itself is clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that encourages socializing. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals and save some money. My dorm room was comfortable and spacious, with sturdy bunk beds and plenty of storage for my belongings. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water, which is always a plus! Overall, I highly recommend Mad Monkey Potts Point to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable place to stay. I can’t wait to return on my next visit!
