If credit card is invalid or inefficient funds you have 72 hours to update your details otherwise your booking will be cancelled.This property does not accept bookings of 8 or more people.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

everyone is super friendly and excited to be there, they do heaps of events every day like ping pong, sangria night, pub crawls, movies, pasta night the staff are really chill and super they are always happy to help apart of the accommodation you get a 2 hour free gym membership for the gym down the road, which is super cool the accommodation is really clean and you always see the staff cleaning, the kitchen is kept clean and wiped down.

The rooftop and courtyard, so nice to be able to sit outside and of course the staff! A good location to get to the CBD or beaches.

Perfect location, close to the train station and local amenities. All the staff were lovely and very helpful I would definitely stay here again.

Good wifi. Location close to public transport and a supermarket. Rooftop accessible early in the morning. Access to a fitness studio for free (even if the number of access cards is very limited (like 5 cards) and you can only visit the gym during the day : not suitable for daytime workers). The staff is friendly and there is a space where to store your luggage when waiting for check-in/check-out. If your room is too messy, you will get an official warning from the staff (which is actually good in order to keep the place tight and clean, specially in small 4-beds rooms). A VERY practical power socket and a lamp next to each bed (even the upper ones). Maybe because of the guests when I was there (mostly very young people), the atmosphere is cool : people trust each other. It is like we had 2 groups : workers leaving the hostel early in the morning and the youngs (some working in hospitality) chilling around until late.

Not a party hostel. Common area has big tv with games and lots of seating to watch movies.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the building, as some other hostels I’ve stayed in have been a bit of a nightmare on that front! If you’re looking for a social atmosphere this hostel is the place for you - the communal area has a massive TV and comfy seating area to come together and watch films, play games on the Xbox, and more! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be sure to come back to Mad Monkey in the future. Thanks again to the team!
