Close location to our sons house , and very convenient for day trips like the Cabot trail, the owners are extremely friendly and nice and hard working the motel and yard are very well kept rooms very clean

The room was very clean , and liked that we could have cooked a meal if wanted! Would definitely recommend the place ! It was quiet, and had a great sleep. We will be back someday.

The location was great. It is less than a five minute drive from the airport. It was centre to Glace Bay and the Sydney mall. The rates are excellent and much less than the big hotels in Sydney. Units are available with a full kitchen, as well as, units with a small fridge, microwave and Keurig. The hosts were wonderful. You have full use of the property with 2 gazebos, fire pit and barbecue. Well worth the money.

We chose the hotel because of its aproximity to the University of Cape Breton which we were visiting. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is run by its owners who were very accommodating. The hotel was clean and well furnished. You can cook in your room as it has a little kitchennette. There is a grill in the outside common which was very handy for us. We talked to the owners and got to know them a little. They were telling about all the renovations they did in recent years. They built some of the furniture themselves which was impressive. All in all, we had a pleasent stay and got a very personalizid service.
