The staff were so friendly, attentive and kind. The was a mistake with our breakfast all coming out etc and they didn’t charge us at all. We know mistakes happen but that was very lovely.

I had a few problems with the internet in 519. I also had problems getting the TV to work and had to ask the concierge twice for help. Once the TV was on for about 15mins and then just suddenly turned off. Another time is just wouldnt start. Now Isee I have written that in the wrong box.

If you want to take the train from the airport and are up for a downhill walk of about 10 mins, you can reach this wonderfully located, very fine hotel outside the CBD with great convenience and i think a $ on public transport! It took me 50 mins with very little trouble. The hotel is older, spacious and intimate. The room was really comfortable and well appointed- calming and charming. The breakfast was really worth booking in for, with a huge range of options. Every member of staff seemed to love their job and helping you. This only added to my overall very positive experience.

Location was excellent, very clean and well appointed rooms - the little things like good coffee, water, fluffy towels, friendly staff and one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts l have had in a long while.
