Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great dinner catching up with family at The Civic pub next door to the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable and the room was super quiet. The breakfast selection was fabulous - varied and tasty. My husband lost his padlock key and we were impressed with how quickly the hotel handyman came to sort the situation for us. A lovely bonus was not having to check out until 11am. We would happily stay here again.

My daughter left behind her watch. We returned 9 days later and the hotel still had it for us.
