Lovely hotel we arrived early but we were upgraded to a lovely room facing harbour and got in our room straight away. Food was very good . Bar staff and reception were very good.. We enjoyed happy hour . Bought evening meal at reasonable priced..

The rooms are very small, but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The towels were large. Happy Hour was good. The staff were ready to help and give us helpful suggestions. There were things lacking ie restaurant facilities. The building in the area was a bit off putting, but not the fault of the hotel. All in all better than just ok.

Our room had fabulous views of the City CBD skyline and suited our needs, however it is time for a refurbishment.

The hotel restaurant and bar is nice but the rooms are a bit outdated and I have a serious complaint where the bathroom light switch can give you a little shock which is not safe.

I stayed here with my extended family and the experience that we had was easily 10/10. I particularly want to give Peter a shout out - Peter ensured that our comfort and expectations were not only met but exceeded in every regard throughout the stay. Thank you so much Peter, we will be absolutely staying here again. The beds were very comfortable and we were content with the space provided in the rooms for our duration of stay. The view of the harbour was excellent and the location is exceptional with being so close to the light rail. We enjoyed several cold beers and margaritas (delicious!) and used the restaurant for breakfast and dinner which were all wonderful. Overall, the location, view and rooms coupled with the amazing service from employees made this stay an easy 10/10. We will stay here again without question, and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you ibis Sydney Darling Harbour!
