The location is perfect, with access of transportation and shopping complex. I was caught up with backlog and had to stay in my room, that I compliment the Hotel for permitting myself to rest.

Location to train station & price was good. Staff friendly. Noise from bar patrons continued all night Friday till after 5:30am. Saturday night noise finished before 1:00am. Bathroom cleanliness only average.

Staff and manager Giorgio were excellent 👌. Hotel premises and gaming area lovely. Good food. Rooms a bit old, definitely not the Ritz 😆 but had everything that we required, cleaned and stocked daily. We had a triple room for more space. Close to train station, buses and Westfield Shopping centre. Cannot praise all the staff enough. Thank You.

Staff were nice, food was good downstairs. A bit noisy at the early hours of the morning on the street but not the hotels fault. I stayed here because I needed to go in surgery very early at Waratah Hospital and that was a 2 min walk away. Plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water and biscuits. Bed is comfy and clean.
