I would just like to say all receptionists were lovely but the girl working evenings every night was 1000/10 she was always so friendly and nice and you honestly couldn't ask for a better person on reception

The staff, particularly Sylvia, were very helpful and clarified everything I needed to know. The room was smartly painted and appointed with great big windows looking over the action on Bayswater Rd - it felt airy and sunny and pleasant. Loved all that. Good accommodation in this area is hard to find.

The hotel has been recently updated/refurbished, and the updates really bring the space to life. Incredible location, wonderful staff (truly so kind and helpful!), felt so safe and cozy <3
