The bathroom could do with a little bit of work broken tiles etc other than that a good comfortable place to stay at

We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn, due to the proximity of St. Luke’s Hospital, as my husband was having to have surgery at the next day. It was the perfect place. The staff were so lovely, helpful and always smiling.

Excellent location, directly next to Kings Cross Station, and the room itself was immaculate. The staff were also great, check in was easy and I was allowed to store my luggage at the hotel before check in which was such a godsend.

Room was good and check in staff good, Grace and her colleagues in the dining/bar area were excekkent. Quallity of food served was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Howver the dinner menu stayed the same perhaps a daliy special menu boardcovering a couple of dinner selections would be a good idea. We ate breakfast and dinner on our stay of 2 nights.
