The sheets and towels were brilliant as well as the new air con and retrofit double glasing really helped. The staff were brilliant and very helpful and the location cannot be easier to get around with the trains so close.

Loved the air conditioning! So good when the days were really hot. Provided a kettle with tea and coffee, room was clean and tidy with plenty of towels. Staff were really nice, check in was super easy

Room and facilties provided were nice and everything was kept quite clean. Fairly smooth check in, just had to go to the bar and staff were nice and showed me where the hotel entrance was.
