No breakfast. Location great. Photos on internet are out of date, new ones need to be done, as breakfast room was much older with only one spoon and no other cutlery.

It might be a bit tired and need a fresh coat of paint but considering the cost it is a bargain. It’s not dirty, there are no bugs and the sheets are clean.

Location is brilliant. Opposite Wynyard Station, so 10min walk to Circular Quay, 7min cut through Wynyard to Barangaroo, 5 min walk to Martin Place and the theatre for us.

Each time I stay there has been some more finishing touches. Bottled water in the room and the complimentary shampoo etc
