Staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The beds are so soft and comfortable. Great location close to light rail. Breakgfast is an excellent selection and very yummy.

Overnight stay was a comfortable, great location if you were going to Capitol theatre or the markets. Very close to Chinatown, where we got delicious food

Bathroom was mouldy and dirty. No pens in rooms (Needed to write in a card, and i never been to a Hotel without a pen). Good location.

The room was superb, spacious, and comfortable. The beautiful bathroom had an excellent shower. There was a good choice of teas and even decaffeinated coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We could reach all places of interest in Darling Harbour on foot. We did not choose the breakfast option because there were dozens of cafes and several food courts nearby.
