We loved the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. However, the breakfast room was extremely cold, and after the first morning we chose to avoid it and gave up our included breakfasts for the remainder of our stay. The location of the hotel is great, right next to a shopping mall with lots of places to eat in.

The eat street next door (laneway), the ease of checking in and out, easiness of travel to and from home. Breakfast was nice , but you completely disregarded my instructions: 1 piece of toast (I got two), a quarter of an avocado (I got A whole one), and also the bread wasn’t seeded as I had intentionally requested But I slept ok (even if the bed wasn’t strapped down properly)… it moved a lot

Clean, serviced daily, friendly helpful staff, reasonably quiet location for the city, close to the train station and tram, within walking distance of shopping centers, had a variety of amazing Asian restaurants and cafes just next door, city views. Good swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym. Would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. I had an early flight from the Gold Coast arriving at the property about 10am. The receptionist kindly prioritised a room for me ( after firstly offering the accessible room which was ready). After storing the luggage, I walked down the street & thankfully was able to checkin about 12:30pm which I was very grateful for. ( I did check out on the Monday about 7:30am so it was a win/win for both). Thanks Team for a very relaxing & enjoyable stay. I’ll be back for sure! Next time I might take advantage of the breakfast & pool.

Suite very clean. Easy to access shower for my partner with disability. Easy to find in the city and parking straight forward and not overpriced. Don't need to book parking. Breakfast delicious.
