Good location, comfortable bed, room was nice with private balcony. Bathroom sliding door get stuck when you close it so had to keep it open which is awkward when you're traveling with a friend and our room was next to the shared kitchen and woke up at 4 am and 6 am because of people in the kitchen but apart from that the room was pretty good and comfy! Nice mini bar with a lot of choices too if needed and free cereals and juices available in the kitchen. Staff were great.

Was ok for the cost, with simple breakfast included, rooms was quite and close to trams. Things I didn’t like, bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed, no open window for fresh air, glass door on bathroom see through not appropriate for a family in a room adult daughter and father and mother in same room. Tv remote missing, check the dates of drinks in the kitchen fridge water bottles are few years out of date, and fridge in room was packed full of mini bar drinks so no room to put anything else without having to empty it to use it…..

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Veranda with ashtrays for smokers. A lot of complimentary juices, fresh milk, bottled water. Cleaners come every day and offer making up your room and give you extra towels etc. Large rooms.

Excellent property very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast cereals, juice, milk, tea & coffee avaliable at all times. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Easy access to transport. Excellent food available. Would recommend as a place to stay in Sydney.

Staff were helpful and receptive. Provision of fresh milk and juice and cereals in kitchen. Complimentary drink at bar each day even though I didn’t use it was a nice touch.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great host, super easy check in and check out, free drinks at the bar and also free stuff from the communal kitchen. Good price for the area. I would stay again for the price I paid.
