Arrival: Kindly note the assisted arrival point to the hotel is located at 24 Loftus Street, Sydney. Due to the local traffic conditions, we are unable to assist with arrivals on Bridge Street.Valet Parking: As a heritage building, parking on site is regrettably unavailable. Our team is pleased to offer valet parking for AU$120.00 per night at an offsite location. Please note maximum vehicle height is 1.9 meters. Alternately, we may assist in suggesting other suitable self parking facilities available within the hotels vicinity.Payment: With the exception of pre-paid reservations, the full accommodation amount will be charged at the time of arrival. A physical credit card will be required alongside a government issued ID in the cardholder’s name. The card holder must be present. A 2% credit card surcharge will apply and all major credit cards are accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff, the services from the porters to front desk to concierge to house keeping to the restaurant for breakfast, everything is impeccable. Breakfast is the best, love the congee, attention of the staff. Beyond expectations.

So wonderful …Location:facilities:room and all that is in the room: swimming pool :breakfast and evening dining but above all others - the staff are exceptional.

Clean and lovely atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Soft drinks were complementary in the room. Plenty bottled water available. Restaurant and breakfast was fabulous . The Spa was fantastic!

Capella offers pure luxury in the heart of Sydney CBD, a stone throw’s away from Circular Quay. The facilities and service were impeccable! The hotel is beautifully appointed in every corner and we loved the thoughtful small details.

It was well located and beautiful and spacious. Staff were so helpful, we were upgraded for a small fee and the concierge team helped us so much. The evening drinks at 5 was such a lovely touch. In fact staff through the whole hotel were so friendly and helpful.
