A credit card pre-authorisation equal to the first night booked will be processed 72 hours prior to the arrival date for all bookings with a free cancellation until 1 day before arrival. Parking spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. The parking area is designed for small to mid-sized vehicles only. Large vehicles cannot be accommodated. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This pre-authorisation is processed as follows: AUD 200 for the Studio Apartments, AUD 300 for the Two-Bedroom Apartment and AUD 400 for the Three-Bedroom ApartmentPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Fantastic value for money! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of a handy little kitchenette—perfect for making breakfast each morning. The location couldn’t be better, tucked away in a surprisingly quiet spot despite being so central. Would definitely stay again

Roomy 2 bed unit at a fair price but doorway of the unit opened onto a rather industrial stairwell— which really made the unit unattractive

The room was nice and clean and the staff were amazing and friendly couldn’t have made me feel more welcome and answer any questions I had. The breakfast was beautiful, good size, the staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

We were lucky to get the top floor which was a lot quieter from street noise. Previous stays here we were on the 3rd & 4th floor. Love the 6th floor. We always stay here. It has been our preferred hotel stay in Sydney for many years. We love the location, close to Museum and Central train stations, shops and restaurants. We also like that the room has a kitchenette so we can enjoy having breakfast in our room, a fridge, sink and microwave. Seeing we travel to visit family in Sydney from Perth having a studio with a small kitchen helps keep the costs of eating down. It is also always comfortable and clean with fantastic customer service. Thank you so very much.
