The hostel operates with a 24/7 remote reception team who were super helpful whenever I needed assistance. Even late at night, they were quick to address any concerns.

The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their 24/7 remote reception system. It made everything so convenient, especially since I arrived late at night. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to nearby cafes, parks, and shopping areas.

Everything was cleaned regularly, and the bedding was high-quality. The onsite staff were always available and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were top-notch, and I loved how easy it was to meet new friends here.

The hostel is cleaned regularly, and I felt so comfortable with the high-quality bedding. The location was excellent, with tons of great food and nightlife nearby. The staff were always ready to help, and the meals were some of the best I’ve had at a hostel!

I liked the bed, it was very comfortable, the curtains were great, the staff were very polite. Check in was easy and check out too There is a space to put personal things, many sockets in the room

+ location is ideal, everything I needed was within walking distance + staff were friendly and always available + dining area was great for meeting fellow travellers + free breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—huge thanks to the amazing kitchen staff!

The location near Kings Cross is perfect for exploring, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible, and the kitchen team made sure everything was spotless. The Harbour Bridge view from my bathroom was a bonus I didn’t expect!

What a view! Waking up to the sight of the Harbour Bridge right outside my window was amazing. The hostel is also close to Bondi Beach, which was a huge plus.
