It was a delight to experience Carmen's French Breakfast, which was well presented and served. I also note that her hotel is "Rainbow Registered," welcoming LGBTQ persons to comfortable and safe stays.

Carmen is a delightful host, attentive to every enquiry! Her breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is perfectly placed downtown Sydney with easy access to the waterfront boardwalk and other Sydney attractions.

The lady and her little dog greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. We met the partner later on and he was just as welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. This is a nice place to stay if you want to feel the home like feeling.

Everything was fine. The room was nice, spacious, and very clean. Coffee was a great value. We would return for future stays.

The hotel is full of charm, and they even have a resident cat! Awesome decor, really cool (original?) features. My 8 year old is autistic; the owner was amazing and answered a million obscure questions he had. Fresh hot breakfast was included; much better than I've ever seen at a big chain. The bedroom was huge, and the bathroom was newly renovated. We'll definitely be back!
