Please note that this property is Rose Cottage Brackenstown Road, and not Rose Cottage Jugback Lane. Guests are advised to use the following coordinates while navigating: 'Brackenstown Road', N 53°27´30.36, W 6°15´01.04. Late check-in after 22:00 cannot be accommodated at this property. Please note this is a strictly non smoking property. A continental breakfast is included. Guests should inform the hotel of any allergies at time of booking.

The host Dominika was exceptionally friendly and very patient as our arrival time changed and she had to wait for us. Communication via SMS was very easy. The accommodation is lovely, the provided breakfast in the room excellent. I regret that we only stayed one night. For people leaving early in the morning to go to dublin airport, the location is excellent as the bus stop is only a 5 min walk away and busses drive very frequently (i think every 20 min)

The room was spacious and very well furnished,the owner was waiting me but his behaviour was too kind which I did not like.He was so proud with their comforts showing me each detail as an extremely unique and spectacular and he spent may be 20 minutes opening the wardrobe, the refrigerator, the bathroom,talking and talking in very closed distance. I was tired and I needed my privacy. Also the house is very far as from the centre of Dublin as well from the airport. I was very lucky when I got of from the bus to find an Uber taxi(the driver was having his dinner) and he gave me a lift to the house. Otherwise in the darkness I would never be able to find the place.

Rose Cottage is beautiful, clean and comfy. It's so convenient for the airport and the delicious Dan is a bonus!

As a very frequent global traveller, staying in lots of hotels all over the world....... This really is a "gem of a place" - It's first class, extremely clean, comfortable and very cozy..... Dominika (the host) was equally as wonderful, and has gone the extra mile to make this a really nice place, (better than some five star hotels) i.e. the decor, carpets, bedding, amenities, and wait until you see what's for breakfast - It's literally amazing and again, Dominika has covered everything.

Our host Dominika was fabulous. She chatted for a while, showed us around, had a book full of fun close by reccomendations. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast part of this B&B was a really cute surprise - so I won't ruin it!

spacious clean and nicely furnished room, brilliant idea to have continental breakfast in each room and so much to choose from, quiet peaceful location, on a walking trail, only 12 min to airport. Hostess was VERY pleasant and helpful.
